The device has a removable crown (13) for supporting a screw (22). A circular removable crown (5) includes two symmetric semicircular elements at respective ends. Fixation systems mount the circular removable crown on a drum by a stud or a pin. The removable crown comprises a U-shaped rail (19) on its lateral surface. The rail contains a removable thrust washer (20) that is locked against a lateral wall of a groove (1). The crowns are made of aluminum. The washer is made of elastomer. An independent claim is also included for a method for installing a removable device for rigidification and absorption of vibrations of a part.
