The device has a totally reflecting prism shaped body (1) comprising two U-shaped symmetric grooves (3) in its interior. Each groove guides two flexible slides (4, 4b) that are integrated to a part (9) and maintained against one another. Another part (2) is integrated to the body. An element i.e. guide (6), allows guidance of an axle (7) that is integrated to the former part carrying the slides. The axle allows compression of a spring (8) and allows descending of the former part and the slides that close the body.
