The device has a lining wall or panel (30) arranged in a cab interior of a vehicle by partially surrounding a glass frame (12) of the vehicle. The panel comprises a perforated part equipped with an acoustic absorber (40) at an edge of the glass frame while extending along the edge. The acoustic absorber comprises cab interior holes (42) formed in the panel. An element is made of acoustically absorbing material i.e. foam. The element fills a space between the perforated part and a solid part of the panel. A layer is made of the acoustically absorbing material.
