The device has a chimney (2), in which a flight board (1) is embedded, for directing honey bees inside the chimney. The chimney directs the bees of the flight board towards outside and vice-versa from outside towards the flight board. A support (4) is provided for a beehive (3) and the chimney is fixed in the support. The flight board is accessible fully for maintenance actions such as installation of a rise, recovery of honey, and an operation requiring opening or displacement of the hive.
