摘要 PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing mixed powder for powder metallurgy and a method of manufacturing a sintered body are provided to enhance the density and the lubrication of powder, to prevent the surface contamination of the sintered body and to reduce the surface roughness. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing mixed powder for powder metallurgy comprises next steps. One or more of iron-base powder and mechanically improved powder and amide lubricating solution are mixed. Solvent is removed from the solution and the amide lubricating solution is coated on one or more surfaces of the iron-base powder and the mechanically improved powder. The amide lubricating solution of 0.01~2.0mass% is added to the iron-base powder and the mechanically improved powder of 100mass part. The amide lubricating solution is one or more of aliphatic amide and aliphatic bisamide. The aliphatic amide is N-oleyl palmitic acid amide.
