PURPOSE: A paving method of making maintenance easy in winter is provided to enable snow or ice removing to be made without a separate snow or ice removing work after snow or rain. CONSTITUTION: A paving method of making maintenance easy in winter is as follows. Foreign materials and moisture are removed from the roads(S1). Adhesion is coated on the roads(S2). Aggregate, which has an absorption of 1.0~7.0% and a size of 3~13mm, is scattered on the adhesion(S3). An anti-freezing agent is scattered on the aggregate(S4).
