PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing health using a step counter and an internet video telephone are provided to monitoring momentum of a user on offline, thereby performing accurate health management according to the momentum. CONSTITUTION: A step counter generates exercise data. An internet video phone(200) includes interface method corresponding to an interface unit of the step counter. The internet video phone receives the exercise data of the step counter. An internet video phone transmits exercise information corresponding to the waling number through the internet. The internet video phone displays health information. A health management server(400) provides health management information.
