PURPOSE: A frame of a soundproof wall for a road is provided to safely guide a vehicle in the night by reflecting light from the vehicle to a transparent plate. CONSTITUTION: A frame of a soundproof wall for a road comprises light emitting units(40), plate assembling pieces(12), and transparent plates(50). The light emitting units are installed on the front surface of the horizontal part of the frame at uniform intervals. The plate assembling pieces are protruded from the top and bottom of the front part of the frame. Assembling grooves(12a) are formed in the ends of the plate assembling pieces. The transparent plates are assembled in the assembling grooves and diffuse light.
