PURPOSE: An antibiotic shoe insole is provided, which can effectively control deodorization, dewetting, bacteria and mold and minimize fatigue. CONSTITUTION: An antibiotic shoe insole comprises: a main sheet supporting the whole plantar; a hollow air pumping body(10) which support heel and in which an air check valve is installed in one side and the inside is empty; a drug administration part(30) which support the front part of the plantar and is filled with drug; a plurality of drug exhaust passages(50); and a communication part(20) communicating the air pumping body and drug administration part.
