PURPOSE: An integrated water-treatment apparatus for processing waste water, sewage, and muddy water is provided to reduce the maintenance expense by decreasing the usage amount of a coagulant. CONSTITUTION: An integrated water-treatment apparatus for processing waste water, sewage, and muddy water comprises a coherence device(10), a precipitation device(20) and a filtration device(60). The coherence device includes a water tank(3) for collecting contaminants containing the waste water and the sewage, and a coherence reaction unit(14) including an inline mixer(11) and a channel mixture(12). The precipitation device includes a precipitation tank(22) and a sludge circulator(50). The filtration device includes a filtering tank(64) and an effluent discharge member(65).
