The border (1) has an exposed face consisting of a horizontal upper part (3), a central inclined part (4) and a horizontal lower part (5) that is placed at an edge of a turf at a level same as that of growth of grass. The horizontal lower part has sufficient width, and a slope of the central inclined part connects the horizontal upper part and the horizontal lower part corresponding to a level difference between the horizontal upper part and the horizontal lower part. An obtuse angle (8) is formed by intersection between the horizontal lower part and the central inclined part.
