The machine (1) has a driving device e.g. driving belts (7, 8), a motor shaft (9) and a drive shaft (14), for driving a stirring unit (5) and including a motor (6) i.e. three-phase synchronous motor. A speed controller controls soft start of the motor. The speed controller includes an electronic card and a case. The electronic card is comprised of a power component and a micro controller, and is located in the case. The speed controller is connected to a single-phase power source. The case is made of aluminum and comprised of a blade. The case forms a lid arranged in a housing of the motor.
