PURPOSE: An automatic system for processing window frames and a method thereof are provided to rapidly manufacture a window frame, since sashes are automatically transmitted to a thermal welder and the processed sashes are automatically transferred out. CONSTITUTION: An automatic system(1) for processing window frames comprises a mainframe(10), first and second subframes(20,30), a thermal welder(100), and a carrying device(200). The first and second subframes are vertically installed in parallel to the mainframe. The gap between the first and the second subframe is adjusted according to the vertical size of the window frame. The thermal welder has first and second welding modules(110a,110b), and third and fourth welding modules(110c,110d). The first and second welding modules weld four edges of the window frame and are installed separately from the first sub frame. The third and fourth welding modules are installed separately from the first sub frame. The carrying device is horizontally installed in the first and second subframes.
