STEEL PLATE GIRDER BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION METHOD WITH FIXING ITS ENDS

PURPOSE: A method of constructing a steel plat girder bridge by the end fixing of the girder is provided to enable a wide-span steel plate girder bridge to be constructed and to ensure economics, stability and workability. CONSTITUTION: A method of constructing a steel plat girder bridge by the end fixing of the girder is as follows. The steel plate girder(200) is installed on a lower structure, such as abutment and pier(120). A slab(400) is formed on the upper part of the steel plate girder. The end of the steel plate girder is fixed to the inner side of the lower structure. The lower part of the steel plate girder is simply fixed. The upper part of the steel plate girder is pressed by the tensible force.
