<p>PURPOSE: An anaerobic digestion method of organic waste by controlling the concentration of ammonium nitrogen is provided to prevent the problems of a conventional anaerobic digestion process of a digester. CONSTITUTION: An anaerobic digestion method of organic waste by controlling the concentration of ammonium nitrogen is performed by maintaining the concentration of NH4+-N inside an anaerobic digester during a decomposition process of the organic waste by hydrophobic microorganisms. The organic waste is selected from the group consisting of food waste, waste water, livestock excretions, sewage sludge, and leakage water from a reclaimed land.</p> |
