PURPOSE: A photo-electric device having a variable resistor structure is provided to control the operation voltage or operation current required for application by controlling the resistance value of the variable resistor structure. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric device array(12) is formed on a substrate(10). The photoelectric device array comprises a first photoelectric device(12a), a second photoelectric device(12b), a third photoelectric device(12c), and a fourth photoelectric device(12d).
