The washer part is provided with fixation pins (8) on its surface located on a side of the head (2a) of the bolt, where the pins maintain the head of the bolt on the device. Self-restraint clips (9) maintain an assembly constituted by the bolt and the device in a housing of headlight (1) of a motor vehicle.
