PURPOSE: A fixing device of a working chair wheel for vinyl protection is provided, which prevents vinyl from being torn and fixes a bolt using a wrench. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device of a working chair wheel for vinyl protection comprises: a body(6) of a working chair; a wheel fixing axis(3) fixed to the body; a wheel(1) inserted into the wheel fixing axis; a fixing bolt(5) fixing the wheel; and a disk-shaped head(8) used for the head of the fixing bolt.
