PURPOSE: A producing method of a dietary supplement using germinated grains is provided to enable a user to easily and simply eat the supplement by forming the supplement in a powder form or a pill form. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a dietary supplement using germinated grains comprises the following steps: budding unit grains by supplying the proper moisture for 48~72hours in 35~42deg C(S10); washing the germinated grains with clean water, and drying in 35~40deg C for 24~48hours(S20); crushing the dried grains into 100~150meshes(S30); steaming the crushed grains in 110~120deg C for 50~70minutes, after mixing with milk or water(S40); drying the steamed grains for 24~48hours(S50); crushing the dried grains into 200~250meshes(S60); fermenting the crushed grains for 48~72hours after mixing with the milk or water containing herbal extracts, and lactobacillus(S70); drying for 24~48hours(S80); and crushing the dried germinated grains(S90).
