The package has an opening and closing device (1) comprising an integrally molded body attached to a flat wall (15). The body includes a plate containing a hole placed in a surface of an orifice. An arm (50) is engaged with an immobilization unit in a position such that the arm maintains a door (40) in a sealed-shut position. A U-shaped cover (80) is provided with a safety relief device that is broken during opening of the door, so as to inhibit opening of the package in advance when the relief device is in intact. The device partly forms the immobilization unit.
