<p>The cleaning device comprises an attachment unit fixed with a horizontal work zone (2) at its end for storing a web layer before cleaning, tubular elements (3, 4) parallely disposed between two brushing units (6) whose active part is edged to a tangent plane of the tubular elements, and a ventilation unit to create depression in the tubular elements. The web layer is longitudinally displaced during the cleaning operation. The ventilation unit is equipped with cracks for ventilation and placed at contact zones with the web layer. The tubular elements consist of channels.
