PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a click switch structure of a rotary switch, capable of mechanically switching clicks at a knob part without use of electric power. SOLUTION: The switch 2 includes a click piece 13 biased with its back pressed by a click biasing member 14, and a click mound member 6 granting clicks to an operating knob 3 in cooperation with the click piece 13. A brake member 16 capable of stopping rotation of the click mound member 6 is mounted next to the click mound member 6. A click switch knob 5 operated at the click switch is mounted next to the operation knob 3, and a cam 20 is attached to a tip of the knob 5. At a rotation operation of the click switch knob 5, the cam 20 pushes the brake member 16 toward a rear part so that the brake member 16 is fixed by abutting to the click mound member 6. Thereby, in case the operation knob 3 is operated, a case member 12 is turned to the click mound member 6, and then, the click piece 13 between them acts to generate click of the operation knob 3.
