PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish time-limited disclosure system of information on a person to be searched, necessary for searching the person without depending only on a specific security service company, and also to establish a mutual authentication system between a searcher and the person. SOLUTION: The system is equipped with: a first terminal to be a search requesting terminal; a second terminal to be a searched terminal; a third terminal to be a searching terminal; a management server for managing the positional information of the second terminal and personal information of an owner of the second terminal; and a communication server for communicating with the third terminal. The third terminal receives a search request and access right of the second terminal and the positional information and personal information of the second terminal from the communication server and presents the positional information and the personal information of the second terminal to the owner of the third terminal.
