ORAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR SOFT CAPSULE CONTAINING VINORELBINE AND METHOD OF TREATMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that development of a liquid fill composition for a soft capsule dosage is hard, and in a capsule fill composition usable in combination with a soft capsule, the active ingredient is required to be in a dissolved form in the solvent mixture. SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid oral pharmaceutical composition suitable as a liquid fill composition for soft capsule dosage form comprising (a) vinorelbine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; (b) ethanol; (c) water; (d) glycerol; and (e) polyethylene glycol.
