PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein drinks generally called "healthy teas" are very widely spread to expect pharmaceutical effects thereof, are however difficult to drink in most cases, and are therefore practically drunk after mixed with green tea, honey or the like, or the like. SOLUTION: The method for producing the post-fermented healthy tea includes charging an unheated and unsterilized black tea leaves in water to transfer microorganisms from the black tea leaves to the water to preliminarily prepare an extract, crushing the leaves of a plant of healthy tea material, spraying the extract on the crushed product under stirring, fermenting the mixture for about 7 to 21 days, while maintaining humidity/temperature, and then subjecting the product to a hot air drying process and a roasting process.
