PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external packaging bag for storing a percutaneous absorbent capable of making a heat-sealing property of a polyethylene zipper compatible with a low adsorbing property of the content component and impregnating skin with a medicine component. SOLUTION: In a laminated packaging bag for storing the percutaneous absorbent for impregnating the skin with the medicine component, at least one layer of the heat-sealed layers comprises an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) layer, and has a zipper-shaped opening made of polyethylene.
