Disclosed herein is a connector sleeve includes a first rib portion consisting essentially of a first material, and a second web portion consisting essentially of a second supple material and attached to the first rib portion to define the sleeve. The second supple material is softer and more elastic than the first material, and the sleeve is dimensioned to circumferentially surround a revolving portion of a connector in an interference fit such that rotation of the sleeve causes rotation of the revolving portion.
