Provided is a control device, which is a center server (300), having: a display processing unit (305) that conducts controlling so as to display a panorama-image displaying area that displays panorama images picked up by camera terminal devices (200), and an enlarged-image displaying area that displays an enlarged image of an area corresponding to a position specified on the panorama image; and a control unit (310) that conducts controlling so that the image of the area corresponding to the position specified on the panorama image is picked up by the camera terminal device (200); wherein the display processing unit (305) displays the image picked up by the camera terminal device (200), on the enlarged-image displaying area, by the control of the control unit (305), and the panorama image is a circular panorama image. |
