The invention relates to a hydroelectric power plant which starts with a certain amount of water located and/or stored in a bottom level, said water being raised and stored in a top level and subsequently poured so as to return to the bottom level, transforming the kinetic energy of the fluid into electric energy by means of an energy converter, which includes: a tank (21) located on the bottom level, a reservoir (1) located on the top level, a first conduit (8) connecting the reservoir (1) to the energy converter (7), a second conduit (22) connecting the energy connector (7) to the tank (21), and a means for transporting the water from the tank (21) to the reservoir (1). The transport means includes a plurality of first cistern cars (4), a second car (6) configured so as to contain a plurality of animals (6e), a path (10) for returning the animals (6e) from the bottom level to the top level, and a cable (5) connecting the first tank cars (4) to the second car (6). |
