PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to implement a touch screen panel integrated organic electroluminescent display device with high resistance against a noise by forming a touch screen panel on a shield electrode connected to a low potential source on a panel. CONSTITUTION: A sub pixel(SP) is formed on a panel(110). A shield electrode(140) is connected to a low potential source. A touch screen panel(150) is formed on the shield electrode. A first printed circuit board(131) transmits a driving signal for driving sub pixels to the driving device. A second printed circuit board(135) transmits a sensing signal from the touch screen panel to the external device.
