PURPOSE: A magnetic sensing apparatus is provided to accurately perform a magnetism reading process by appropriately setting the detection voltage level of magnetic field intensity. CONSTITUTION: A switch converting circuit(1) switches the power voltage supplying terminal pair of an electromagnetic switching element and the detection voltage outputting terminal pair of magnetic field intensity. A differential amplifier(3) differentially amplifies a detection voltage. A first capacity(C1) is in connection with the first outputting terminal of the differential amplifier. A second switch(S2) is in connection with the second outputting terminal of the differential amplifier. A comparator(4) is in connection with the first capacity and a first inputting terminal.
