ANTIBACTERIAL ALGINATE FILM COMPRISING GINSENG EXTRACTS AND METHOD FOR PREPAREING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An edible alginate film with the antibacterial activity by containing a ginseng extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to use the film as an effective antimicrobial agent for food poisoning bacteria. CONSTITUTION: An edible alginate film with the antibacterial activity contains a ginseng extract. The ginseng extract is selected from the group consisting of a white ginseng extract, a red ginseng extract, and an extrude-molding ginseng extract. The extrude-molding ginseng extract is obtained by extrude-molding the ginseng extract in 115~130deg C.
