<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag using natural wood grain for the design. <P>SOLUTION: A wooden composite material 1 includes: a wooden sheet 10, an elastic material 20, a core material 30, and a trimming material 40. Between the wooden sheet 10 and the elastic material 20, and between the elastic material 20 and the core material 30 are bonded with an adhesive. The wooden sheet 10 is a thin sheet material obtained by thinly slicing natural wood. The elastic material 20, having a specific elasticity, gives elasticity to the wooden sheet 10 and improves the feel thereof. The core material 30, having a specific bending resistance, prevents the wooden sheet 10 from being bent. The trimming material 40, having a specific strength, reinforces the outer periphery of the bonded wooden sheet 10, the elastic material 20, and the core material 30.
