<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic file management device and method which enables provisional approval for storage and management of an electronic file for which usability and nonpublic property are not determined or which is not intended for sharing such as personal usage, and automatically allows usage of the electronic file under the given constraint conditions in provisional approval. <P>SOLUTION: When content of registration application from an applicant terminal 12<SB>1</SB>is application for provisional approval and matches predetermined formal conditions, the electronic file management device 11 performs subsequent provisional registration processing. When the content does not match the formal conditions, the electronic file management device 11 transmits a provisional approval request signal to a provisional approver terminal 12<SB>3</SB>, receives a result of determination whether or not the provisional approval from the provisional approver terminal 12<SB>3</SB>is possible, and performs provisional registration processing. When the content of the registration application from the applicant terminal 12<SB>1</SB>is application of real approval, the electronic file management device 11 transmits a real approval request signal to a predetermined terminal 13 of a real approver, receives a result of determination whether or not the real approval from the real approver terminal 13 is possible, and performs subsequent real registration processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
