<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculation method for calculating a neck-in width precisely considering a viscoelastic change of a resin due to thermal deterioration of the resin by extrusion lamination processing or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The calculation method for calculating the neck-in width of the resin extruded by the extrusion processing contains: a visco-elasticity acquisition step of acquiring a viscoelasticity distribution in the widthwise direction in case of extruding the resin from a processing machine 1; a layer ratio calculation step of calculating, based on the viscoelasticity distribution, a layer ratio distribution in the widthwise direction of one layer of a plurality of layers used for modeling the resin by a multi-layer model which has a layer structure including a plurality of layers each showing single viscoelasticity and shows different viscoelasticity depending on the position in the widthwise direction; a modeling step of modeling the resin by the multi-layer model based on the layer ratio; a neck-in calculation step of analyzing the modeled resin by a finite element method and calculating the neck-in width by the analysis; and an output step of outputting the calculated neck-in width. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
