COMPRESSOR AND AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor and an air conditioner preventing a piston from being locked in a cylinder by a freezing body.

SOLUTION: A compressor operation control part 18 of a control device 20 stops the piston 2 in a high temperature region HR where temperature is relatively high and frost or ice is not easily formed on an inner circumference surface of the cylinder 1. Consequently, the piston 2 is prevented from being locked by the freezing body since the freezing body is not formed between the piston 2 and the high temperature region HR of the cylinder 1.
