AIR SPRING AND AIR SPRING STRUCTURE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air spring incorporated at a regular position and modified to prevent a trouble of twist of a tubular rubber film during piston fixing operation while employing a structure attaching a piston on a support member (unsprung part) thereof by a bolt disposed on an axial center.

SOLUTION: This air spring includes the tubular rubber film 1, a large diameter plate shape member 2 airtightly joined to one end part in an axial center P direction, and the piston 3 airtightly joined to another end part in the axial center P direction of the tubular rubber film 1, and has a circumference surface 7 which can roll and guide an inside out tube part 1C formed by turning back another end parts side with elastic deformation of the tubular rubber film 1 formed on the piston 3. The piston 3 is equipped with a rotation prevention mechanism B preventing rotation around the axial center P relatively to a piston support member f supporting the same.
