PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed compressor capable of attaining high reliability and high efficiency by preventing seizure of a piston and a compression chamber. SOLUTION: An angle between a first center line 141, which represents an axial center of a bearing 127 and a second center line 143, which represents an axial center of a compression chamber is defined asα. A set value is defined asβ.αexpressed by formula is set as a design value of an angle for the axial center of a cylinder 130. As a result, prevention of the seizure of an inner surface of the cylinder 130 and a piston 128 which is tilted associated with a shaft tilted due to a compressive load during operation becomes possible.
