PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation packing for construction, enabling the packing body to be easily cut off and providing excellent rat prevention effects. SOLUTION: In this foundation packing for construction, through-holes 2 for inserting anchors driven in a foundation therein are vertically formed in a long packing body 1 at the center of the top plate 3, vertical walls 4 are laterally formed in the lower parts of the top plates 3, 3 on both sides of the insertion-holes 2 at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction, and ventilation openings 5 opened in the lateral direction are formed between the vertical walls 4, 4. The packing body 1 is configured so as to be cut off when the top plates 3 are bent between the vertical walls 4, 4.
