PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved medicinal preparation for administering drugs, acting to the whole body, to the mucosal surface of nostrils. SOLUTION: The medicinal preparation for administering to the mucosal surface of nostrils has a form of single component spraying or single component liquid free flowing system, and includes a drug acting to the whole body, pectin with a degree of esterification of less than 35% and an aqueous carrier, does not contain a calcium ion with possibility larger than 99.9%, and gels at the site of administration. As the drug, nicotine, hyoscine oxalate, lignocaine, naratriptan, propranolol, apomorphine, fentanyl or fexofenadine is preferable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
