PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for a screen printing mask capable of efficiently wiping a paste from the screen printing mask with the back surface of non-planar shape, and a screen printing machine. SOLUTION: This cleaning device for a screen printing mask is equipped with a paper member 25 which is allowed to slidably rub the back surface of the mask 3 and a backup member 22 which presses the paper member 25 to the back surface of the mask 3 through an elastic solid member 23 fitted to the upper end part of the backup member 22. In addition, the backup member 22 which presses the paper member 25 to the back surface of the mask 3 through the elastic solid member 23, is made to relatively move to the mask 3. As a result, the paste PT sticking to the back surface of the mask 3 can be wiped by slidably rubbing the back surface of the mask 3 using the paper member 25. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
