PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable printing using a set value of attribute data when registering form data even if the set value of attribute data designated in the form data is rewritten after the data of a fixed format (form) expressing a fixed-form part in a fixed-form document is registered. SOLUTION: A form data registering part 13 transmits attribute ID and form ID together with an attribute duplication indication to an attribute data registering part 12 when the attribute ID associated with and set to a component in the form data is registered in an attribute data storage part 15 when processing form registration. The attribute data registering part 12 receiving the information generates a duplicate of the attribute data corresponding to the attribute ID, and adds the generated attribute data into the attribute data storage part 15 as an attribute ID being combined information of the received form ID and attribute ID.
