PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform blast treatment with luster by feeding a wet substance to a specific position while following a simple constitution of a blast treatment device. SOLUTION: In order to perform blast treatment by introducing blast air 6 to a blast air line 3 and blowing out it with a grinding material 4 fed from a grinding material tank 2, the grinding material from the grinding material tank in which a pressure is made to the same pressure as the blast air line and a liquid 8 such as water and a static free liquid from the inside of a liquid feeding means 11 in which the same pressure as the air blast line is set are introduced to a drawing pressure area 22c to a blast air line 3 side of a grinding material feeding port 22. It is also run with the blast air accompanying with mixing with the grinding material and wetting onto a surface, and it is injected toward a surface to be treated accompanying with atomization of an excessive liquid by expansion at release to an atmosphere after squeezing at a nozzle to attain wetting. Thereby, sliding of the grinding material on the surface to be treated by wetting of both surfaces is promoted to attain blast treatment with glossiness and generation of static electricity and generation of dust are prevented to solve the problem.
