PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for a fire-resisting cover, the fitting structure reducing expanding damage due to ignition from a switch and an outlet electric connection part which is made lightweight and compact and given consideration to be easy to assemble and easily attached and detached during construction and maintenance. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment-fitting structure, to which electronic equipment such as a switch 2 and an outlet 3 are fitted, includes: an electric connection part through which the electronic equipment is connected to a power supply cable; and the fire-resisting cover 6 in a substantially quadrangular shape made of a fiber-resisting material, wherein the fire-resisting cover has an opening part whose one surface is open and a through-hole through which the power supply cable connected to the electric connection part is run. The electric equipment is inserted into the opening part, and the fire-resisting cover is fitted directly to the electronic equipment, so that the electric connection part is covered and the electric equipment and fire-resisting cover are integrally suitable for a fitted part.
