PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusing method in which enamel coated wires are electrically and mechanically joined to a sleeve for crimping connection in a fully connected state, and to provide a crimp connection terminal and a rotary electric machine using the crimp connection terminal. SOLUTION: The fusing method includes inserting a plurality of the enamel coated wires 1 into a hollow sleeve 4 for crimping connection, pressurizing a crimping connector thereof, eluting the enamel coatings of the enamel coated wires 1 softened by energization-heating from the sleeve 4 for crimping connection while crushing the sleeve 4 for crimping connection and the enamel coated wires 1, and joining the enamel coated wires 1 and the sleeve 4 for crimping connection mechanically and electrically. Temporary tightening is performed in such a way that both sides in the radial direction on a cross-sectional surface intersecting the enamel coated wires 1 of the sleeve 4 for crimping connection are crushed after inserting the plurality of the enamel coated wires 1 into the sleeve 4 for crimping connection, Then, after the temporary tightening, pressurization and energization-heating are applied to the enamel coated wires 1 and the sleeve 4 for crimping connection.
