<p>The passage (1) has a core pipe (9) that is arranged inside a housing (2). The core pipe divides a cross section of the housing into a core cross section (13) arranged inside the core pipe and an annular cross section (15) arranged between the core pipe and an internal lateral surface (14) of the housing. Swirl vanes (16) or a perforated baffle element are and/or is arranged in the core pipe. A blowing direction of the passage is changeable. The core pipe is rotatable around a horizontal rotation axis, which runs perpendicular to a longitudinal axis (11) of the housing.</p>
