The hose rolling bellows (4) comprises radially extending projections (17) or recesses in an air spring insert. The projections or recesses extend to interior lateral surface which points to a volume-elastic hollow space (12). The height of the projections is maximum two millimeters, where the projections have dome-like round cross-section. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a hose rolling bellows; and (2) an air spring unit.
