<p>Method for energetic, waste-free recycling of vegetable raw materials, preferably from sugar beets or sweet potatoes, which are converted into an energy source e.g. ethanol and methane and into a fertilizer, comprises: hydrolyzing (11) the vegetable raw materials from sugar-containing components (12); fermenting the hydrolyzed materials to ethanol; anaerobically digesting the materials; feeding the produced biogas (18) to a co-generation plant (21); composting the non-fermentable materials, separating water from the liquid components (20); and eliminating the non-usable exhaust. Method for energetic, waste-free recycling of vegetable raw materials, preferably from sugar beets or sweet potatoes, which are converted into an energy source e.g. ethanol and methane and into a fertilizer, comprises: hydrolyzing (11) the vegetable raw materials taken from sugar-containing components (12); fermenting the hydrolyzed materials to ethanol; anaerobically digesting the raw materials that are non-biodegradable or partially biodegradable to ethanol; then feeding the biogas (18) produced in the anaerobic fermentation to a co-generation plant (21) for energy- and power generation; composting the non-fermentable raw materials, and separating water from the liquid components (20); and eliminating the non-usable carbon dioxide exhaust generated during the ethanol fermentation and the biogas production in a biomass reactor.</p> |
