Disclosed is a dye-sensitized photoelectric converter, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic device, which provide a dye-sensitized photoelectric converter and manufacturing method thereof, wherein an issue of the photoelectric conversion efficiency declining with the elapse in time can be resolved, and wherein it will be possible to significantly improve durability. The dye-sensitized photoelectric converter has a structure wherein an electrolyte layer (7) is filled in between a semiconductor layer (3) and a counter electrode (6). Z907 and dye-A are bonded to the semiconductor layer (3) in mutually different configurations as photosensitization dyes. The electrolyte layer (7) has 3-Methoxypropionitrile contained in it as a solvent.
