PURPOSE: A penetration sleeve for connecting a coupling pipe for laying pipes is provided to effectively bear the pressure of poured concrete because a reinforcing plate is formed between the drain pipe passing hole of the sleeve body and the connection through hole of the fixed cover. CONSTITUTION: A penetration sleeve for connecting a coupling pipe for laying pipes comprises a sleeve body(11) and a fixed cover(20). The sleeve body has a drain pipe passing hole, a connection through hole, and assembly holes(19). The assembly holes are formed in the upper side of the connection through hole and the drain pipe passing hole. The fixed cover is coupled to the top of the sleeve body, and includes assembly projections(24) coupled into the assembly holes and separated drain pipe lids(21,22) which are separately installed along cut lines(21a,22a).
